  • Most orders are processed before 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Thursday. Occasionally, fulfillment can take up to 10 days due to high order volume, inventory restocks, warehouse closures, or other rare factors. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
  • During high-volume periods, items may be on backorder or pre-order. In that case, your items ship once the out-of-stock product becomes available.
