Shipping and Delivery
Can I ship under a different name? I don’t want others to know what product I bought.
We offer discreet outer packaging containing only logistics and delivery information, so no one can see what’s inside. We don’t display product-related details on the box. Rest assured, it’ll be our little secret!
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed before 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Thursday. Occasionally, fulfillment can take up to 10 days due to high order volume, inventory restocks, warehouse closures, or other rare factors. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Where is my order?
Each of our made-to-order pieces is thoughtfully crafted just for you. To minimize environmental impact and eliminate excess waste, we use a custom-built AI system that accurately forecasts demand and enables efficient production planning.
After placing your order, each item is printed, cut, sewn, and shipped with meticulous care—a process that typically takes 3–6 weeks. The estimated shipping date is conveniently listed just below the "Add to Cart" button.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link or number (please also check your spam folder). If you don't immediately see shipping updates, it may be because carriers have not yet scanned your package. For detailed information about your shipment status or potential delays, please contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking number provided.

Each week, we release exclusive, limited collections—crafted sustainably, ethically, and transparently from forecasting to final delivery.
My package was never delivered—help!
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing center, and it may take up to 3 business days to arrive. If it’s still missing after that, contact the carrier directly with your tracking info. If you can’t locate it, please email our support team for further assistance.
What if my order is on pre-order or backorder?
During high-volume periods, items may be on backorder or pre-order. In that case, your items ship once the out-of-stock product becomes available. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but delays can occur. Please check the specific product page for timelines and keep an eye on your email for any updates or tracking.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?
If you spot an error in your shipping or billing address after ordering, please email us ASAP at orders@whispershops.com(or the relevant address) so we can update it before it ships.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Please keep in mind: Other debit cards & payment upon delivery are not accepted.

Exchanges & Returns
What’s your return policy?
Purchases made from Whisper via whispershops.com may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit (expires never). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Some items are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
If a gift card is used, how are refunds handled?
If you paid with a gift card, refunds go back onto a gift card.
How do I start my return?
Contact orders@whispershops.com to confirm eligibility. Once we confirm, you’ll receive instructions for shipping back your item. The customer covers return shipping, and we cannot provide prepaid labels.
Do you accept exchanges or returns for opened products?
No. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on opened or used products.
What if my product is defective?
Defective products are covered by a 1-year warranty (with proof of purchase). If you believe your product is defective, reach out to our support team with your order info to discuss a replacement or repair.

Where are your products made?

What material are your vibes made of?
Our vibrators are made of medical-grade silicone (with soft-touch ABS plastic in certain parts). We recommend avoiding silicone-based lubricants on silicone toys, as they can negatively interact with each other and damage the toy’s surface.
How old do I have to be to order from Whisper?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Whisper. By using the site, you confirm you are at least 18. We will never knowingly ship an order to anyone under 18.
Pre-order Policy
We offer pre-orders on out-of-stock items. Payment is required at checkout. If you order multiple items and one is on pre-order, all items ship together once the pre-ordered item is available. Though we provide estimated timelines, shipping dates are not guaranteed and may face delays.
