Returns and Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless experience for our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand your eligibility, requirements, and procedures.


1. Items Eligible for Return

Dresses:

  • Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
  • You may request a refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for returned items that are not in original saleable condition.

Swimwear: 

  • Swimwear items must be unworn, with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact, and returned in their original packaging.
  • You may request a refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for returned items, which are not in saleable original condition. 

Adult Products:

  • Only unopened adult products, still in their original, sealed packaging, are eligible for return.
  • You may request a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of delivery.
  • Important: Opened adult products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, due to hygiene and health protection regulations.

Sale Items:

  • Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, whether sealed or unsealed, unless the item is defective.

Clearance Items:

  • All Clearance products are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty upon delivery.
  • By purchasing clearance items, you acknowledge and accept that these products are sold as-is, with no warranties and no eligibility for return or exchange, except in cases involving defects.

2. Return Process

  1. Initial Contact: Email us at orders@whispershops.com for eligibility details.
  2. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs; we currently do not provide prepaid return labels.
  3. Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days. Please include photos or a clear description of the issue. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

4. In-Store Purchases

If you purchased an item in-store and it meets the return criteria above (unopened, within 7 days, etc.), you may still return it online. Email orders@whispershops.com and our customer service team will provide instructions.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. Funds typically appear within 5-8 business days after the refund is processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.


6. Gift Returns

If you wish to return a gift that is eligible under these policies, please have the original recipient (or the gift recipient, if applicable) contact orders@whispershops.com. We will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the item(s).
