Shipping & Delivery

  • We make each piece to order—just for you. It’s our way of slowing down fashion and protecting the planet. With the help of a smart AI-powered system, we only produce what’s needed, avoiding excess waste and overproduction. Once you place your order, our team gets to work. From print to cut to stitch.
  • Most orders are processed before 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Thursday. Occasionally, fulfillment can take up to 10 days due to high order volume, inventory restocks, warehouse closures, or other rare factors. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
  • During high-volume periods, items may be on backorder or pre-order. In that case, your items ship once the out-of-stock product becomes available. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but delays can occur. Please check the specific product page for timelines and keep an eye on your email for any updates or tracking.
