Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes. Your order will arrive in plain or neutral outer packaging without product details. It will typically be a simple white or brown box. If you’re shipping to a shared address, no explicit product information is visible on the outside.

Check your order confirmation email for a tracking link or number (also check spam folder). If you don’t see shipping updates, it may be that carriers haven’t scanned the package yet. For final delivery information or delays, you can contact USPS/UPS (depending on shipping method) directly using your provided tracking number.

How do I start my return?

Contact orders@whispershops.com to confirm eligibility. Once we confirm, you’ll receive instructions for shipping back your item. The customer covers return shipping, and we cannot provide prepaid labels.
